The form and the document are one canvas
A data block collects a fact once, as a typed field. A content block mentions that field by name, and the clause reads the value live. Change the answer and every clause that cites it changes with it: one source of truth inside each document, never a form beside a template.
Goldie proposes. You countersign.
Goldie reads the whole document on every turn and files each change as a proposal drawn on the card it touches. Nothing exists until you accept it, and every accepted change lands as a save point you can return to.
Shelve what is settled, reuse it everywhere
Publish a settled edition to a Library. Pull it into the next matter, keep the lineage, and let a rename or a reworded clause reach every document that took it.
