Schemas
Data models, structures, and document schema references
Where the data lives, and what shape it is in.
Start at Schema Overview — the map of every stored table and which page owns each. Folios Schema is the one that matters most: it holds every authored thing.
Pages
- Schema Overview — the map
- Folios Schema — content storage, write invariants, and the read and write layer
- Status Axes — the four independent status axes
- Flow Schema — conditions and the reference grammar
- YAML and JSON Mapping — authored YAML to stored JSON
- Proposals Schema — a filed, not-yet-applied change
- Document Generations Schema — generated output runs
- Auth Sessions Schema — session status and Document binding
- Users Schema — authenticated platform accounts
- Threads and Messages — owned by the Convex Agent component
The Workspace Is Home; the Project Is the Sharing Grain
Owner ruling 2026-09-13 — one workspace is minted for every person and is their home screen; the Project is stored beneath it and is what gets shared; the organisation is the access record and capability rules, never a Folio kind; and no read may infer the current workspace or project from the person. Amended 2026-10-04 — the app calls that screen Home, one landing screen at /app
